3. Registering the death
At the Registrar’s appointment, the death is officially registered and you will receive the paperwork required for burial or cremation. Simply pass these documents to your funeral director – we will take care of the rest.
4. Arranging the funeral
We will process all the paperwork and arrange the person who will lead the service, whether that is a celebrant, minister, priest or another officiant. Together, we will choose the date and shape the funeral so it reflects your loved one and your wishes.
5. On the day and afterwards
Your funeral director will manage everything on the day itself. After a cremation, the ashes are usually collected within a few days and returned to you.
